My standard recommendation for a horror co-op is Arkham Horror. You'll have to insert a little bit of narrative yourself but there is certainly plenty of framework there to get the ball rolling. There are several useful videos on rules (try Grudunza's videos) and of actual playthroughs (Mythos Gamer's) you can check out to see if the game gets your interest. Alternatively, Eldritch Horror was recently announce and this may do a much better job for what you're looking for (although details about this game will remain scarce until some unveiling at GenCon this week). I'd suggest looking into both of these. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have about Arkham or to give you more in depth information about it if you'd like.
