Well, at least it was a good challenge. :whistle: I think I'll have to adopt this balancing surge mechanic myself, seems to work well.
Just to be sure, were you using the version of Gargoyle Lord with 8HP and the raking claws attack? It should not be able to directly activate the 3XP gargoyles. It will simply move them closer if one happens to be sitting in a far away corner.
I was never fully satisfied with the Succubus tactics, I'll try to come up with a better version.
