Nobody's created templates for any of those items as far as I'm aware. Probably because of the following reasons:1) The cardboard tokens that exist across all three games already provide a huge amount of customization in terms of how you'd like to use them. So there hasn't really been any demand for 'more' tokens, so to speak.
2) It definitely takes more work to physically construct tokens that are close to the real thing. (as opposed to printing cards via PrinterStudio, which is easy and gives excellent results)
3) That's a lot of different templates to cover all those different tokens. If you wanted to create your own custom tokens, it would probably be better to figure out what you actually want to create, then just do one-off photoshop mockups of your desired token(s). I think I remember a custom Druid character from years back who could make bramble-thorn walls or something, and the creator made some tokens for that. But using that as an example, any potential template wouldn't have helped him since he made different sized tokens for his walls.
