One of them is Holy Avenger:"Play this item immediately.
You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls against adjacent Monsters while this item is in play.
Increase the bonus to +3 against Undead Monsters."
It seems pretty obvious what the intent is, it's just that the wording is a little odd to me.
