My brother owns a t-shirt company and the t-shirt printer is the same size needed for the revised rules so he was able to print them out for me.
Also the revised rules now that I have them do indeed have different texts. It explains the entire game better and adds more specifics, it's also re-organized for some of the information but in good way, it has a 2nd more detailed inventory list, a couple tips here and there. It's more about rule clarification and yes it has TWO faq pages (one being last page the 2nd being the back cover.) It also has a special section for "other actions" as in non attack or movement actions such as destroying objects , picking up objects, and escaping dungeons. It explains the entire game better I'm very happy with the revised rules since havent played in a long time. I even cut it up into 8'1/2 by 11 put it in plastic sleeves and then into a binder :D

Printing the rules on T-shirts is a great way of getting people immersed in a co-op game, fantastic idea. Good to confirm that there are some differences in the body of the rules.
