by ddw867 I would say get Temple of Elemental Evil as it's the latest version, however you can probably find Castle Ravenloft cheaper as it's the oldest in the system.

by dtcarson My votes are Ravenloft or Elemental Evil.CR - classic undead dungeon crawl, pretty easy to learn and play.ToEE - adds campaign mode and scenarios that are more interlinked which is cool.
