That's right. And by that acknowledgement, the Wizard is STILL the closest hero because it's actually only TWO squares away.

Implied doesn't mean truth. Monsters are explicitly NOT given a speed. They are given TACTICS. Unfortunately, many of those tactics can be open to interpretation to many people. And it's very interesting to see what sorts of interpretations are offered. Thanks goodness for the "Active Player Decides" (un)rule.
